Today I retired my navel piercing. It was 2 years old and had migrated from its original site and it was getting a bit uncomfortable in its new position, so I knew it was inevitable. Interestingly, I haven't been able to unscrew the top of the bar since it got put in by the piercer (when I got the shorter bar put in, the piercer had to do it for me because I was so nervous lol!) Even Alex tried with his big strong man hands, but it would not budge.
Then this morning, I got up and thought "maybe I'll try again.." and it just unscrewed as smooth as anything! Very strange!
So, I took it out, and put it to rest on my dressing table. I then realised that it's (almost to the very day) 2 years since the lovely

nakedfaery paid for me to have it done.... Also very strange.
I guess it was just the right time!
